Our first project along the peninsula is progressing steadily. With framing and window installation nearing completion, roof works are sure to begin shortly. Great job!

There’s been plenty of activity along the peninsula, with the ground and first floor framing going up at our Rye Beach Homes. The addition of framing has significantly changed the appearance of the site as you can really start to see the project start to take shape. We hope our build crew enjoy the break over Easter, they have certainly earned it!

The build crew is back into the swing of things following a refreshing Christmas/New Year’s break. The first floor is being prepared to have slabs poured at the rear of each property. We can’t wait to see how this project progresses further!

It’s only been a few weeks since construction began and the Rye Beach Homes project is progressing nicely. Slabs have dried and brickwork for the ground floor walls have commenced, whilst services are also being coordinated in the background. Despite construction works winding down ahead of the break for the festive season, we know this project will absolutely fly in 2018.

Our first project from the Bayside Born programme is coming along nicely. Concrete slabs have been poured and trowelled, and we are excited to see this the Rye Beach Homes start to take shape.

It’s our absolute pleasure to announce that Dovetail’s first project in our new Bayside Born series has begun! Our Rye Beach Homes have commenced construction over the past week, with the site marked out and prepared for ground works to begin. The Dovetail Team is very excited to see the hard work put into planning process finally start to come into fruition.
