The Belle – Construction Update

May 17, 2017

Dovetail Developments is delighted to share that Peter Brown Architects has received a Commendation award for their design of Dovetail’s project, The Belle Apartments, from Knox City Council in their Design & Development Excellence Awards for 2019. The Belle Apartments, under the Activity Areas property classification, was described by judges as being worthy of a commendation due to its strong presentation of a rhythmic arrangement of floating geometric elements, which resulted in an “approachable” creative response that was entirely fitting of the local community’s context. The Dovetail Team prides itself on its ability to effectively collaborate with specialists in their field to provide beneficial outcomes for home buyers and the local community as a whole. We look forward to continuing to produce well-performing properties in our next program, Bayside Born – register here to find out more.
