Works are progressing well on-site. It’s fantastic to see external finishes being applied to facades. The design vision for this project is really starting to reveal itself!

After a couple of set-backs were experienced earlier this month at Charlotte’s Mews, works are continuing at Adele Avenue. Internal fit out is underway and NBN is being installed. We look forward for the bulk of the townhouses reaching completion over the next 4-6 weeks.

Great progress has been made on-site with this project, particularly in regards to external finishes. The application of rear units’ external cladding is almost complete whilst the front units have had their ground floor brickwork finalised and first floor prepared for cladding.

This project is coming along nicely with roofing nearly complete and window installation in progress. Service rough in works are also well-underway, great to see.

We’ve had a bumper few weeks out at Charlotte’s Mews! All slabs are now poured, steelwork is underway and the first floor timber framing is being installed in the rear townhouses. It’s all full steam ahead at Charlotte’s Mews!
