Our Xavier’s Rise project is a few steps away from the finish line! With the finishing touches almost complete, we are now just waiting on Titles to be issued!

This project has reached practical completion, with all construction works now complete! We are currently preparing for settlement but are truly excited to see our first project from the Knox programme finished! It was extremely satisfying for the team to see the physical reality of Dovetail’s vision for this project.

This project is nearing practical completion as kitchen and bathroom joinery and appliance installation is well underway. External site preparation has also been undertaken, which allows for landscaping and concreting to begin.

Much progress has been made on this project regarding the internal fit out. Internal carpentry is almost complete, painting is well underway and kitchen installation is nearing completion.

External works are continuing whilst internal works have commenced, with plastering beginning on site.

The roofworks have been completed, with cladding due to commence. The rough in of services has also started to occur on site. We’re exciting to see this project progress further!

It may have been a cold, misty morning at Rosella Ave, but works at Xavier’s Rise continue to progress along nicely, with the internal fit out underway, windows in and the roof taking shape.
