We are delighted to report that our vision for this project has been realized, with residents moving in earlier in the month. Beginning as nothing more than an architectural concept jotted down on a piece of paper, it has been wonderful to watch this project spring out of the earth (quite literally) and become the foundation upon which families can begin the next chapter of their lives.

Gabrielle’s Gardens is nearing practical completion, with our build crew currently in the process of finalising the last few outstanding items. We are eagerly awaiting the achievement of this next milestone and look forward to preparing this project for settlement over the coming weeks!

There’s been much excitement on site as this project advances towards completion! All internal works have been completed, in addition to almost all external works being finished. Landscaping has also made a noticeable impact on this project, with the finish line only a short distance away!

This project’s internal fit-out is almost finished, with kitchen joinery and appliances installed and bathroom installation progressing towards completion. External finishes have also advanced as cladding has been completed. Additionally, the driveway has been completed with landscaping works to begin shortly.

White goods & service fit out has commenced for this project, whilst internal painting is nearing completion with final ceiling coats applied and final wall coats also commencing. It’s also very exciting to see that preparations for site external works, such as landscaping and paving, are in progress.

The roof and roof flashings are complete, along with all timber framing and the brickwork. The rough in of hydraulic and electrical services is also progressing very well. Great job!
